Specsavers review
I needed a new pair of reading glasses in an emergency. I booked an appointment on line and someone rang me back the next day and I was able to collect my new glasses the following day. Social Distancing measures were excellent and quality of care and service from every member of staff was outstanding. Specsavers has collected 3reviews with an average score of 2. My mother is years ol she has a limited mobility, as she is very fragile, we use a wheelchair.

Great progression, usually a good team work ethic and bonus structure. Normal retail hours, and an interesting medical field. During covidI broke my glasses.
They sourced a new pair and fitted these whilst taking every precaution during this difficult period. But does it live up to these claims? The past months have, dealing with specsavers , have been the worst in my life in terms of bad customer service, poor product and opticians in general.
Their website has been unable to process my purchase for nearly a week due to a technical issue. Do not work for any specsavers stores, they claim they value their staff and customers, yet all they do is rip them off. They will work you into the ground until you are both physically and mentally draine they expect you to run around all day working yourself into the ground doing a hour per week contract, including working every weekend. I had booked an appointment as I was having problems with blurring in one eye. If you apply to specsavers as a shop floor staff to optometrist, you will feel like youre cattle being pushed and shoved into a high pressured environment.
From an optometrists perspective- specsavers rely on high volume, you will be pulled in for not converting. Eg even if a child does not need glasses. Check out what 28people have written so far, and share your own experience. Great glasses, decent price, fairly slow service. The glasses are excellent and the optometrist who did my eye test was excellent, too.
But instead of replacing the wrong lenses that were unsuitable to my eyes, a salesperson in the shop then tried to sell me a new pair of glasses. I left the shop and I would never return. I actually saw an optician come out and choose who he was seeing next and I heard him discuss this with a staff member. Shall never use them again ! Hospital advised me to review my sight after 3-months from an optician as they said in that time period my vision will change mostly. All the Staff their are very friendly, caring and polite too.
When I went for my contact lenses trial I was advised by Richard to go for the best lenses I was given great advice on what to go for! I really hope this gets dealt with because the staff are really letting down the brand here. I worked there for days It seemed like a nice place to work.

The team were friendly and all the customers were nice. I really enjoyed my time there and learned a lot about filing. Real reviews by real company employee past and present here on seek.
Here is a purely technical review of the Primax 7px.
